5-Year Talent Visa

Introduced by Decree 221/2025/NĐ-CP (effective 15 Aug 2025), the Talent Visa is a 5-year route with no financial or capital test — eligibility is by credential / status: executives of top global firms, OECD STEM doctorate holders, recognised medical scientists, internationally recognised artists or athletes, and priority-sector technology professionals. Exact qualifying lists are set by the implementing decree; the financial figures of the companion Golden Visa investor track are not yet confirmed against the gazette and are deliberately not modelled here.
