The DT (Đầu Tư) Investor Visa's tier scales with capital contributed (Law 51/2019): DT1 > VND 100bn (≈ US$3.9M, 5-yr visa / 10-yr TRC), DT2 VND 50–100bn, DT3 VND 3–50bn, DT4 under VND 3bn (12-month visa). There is no minimum investment — the fabricated US$120k floor in the old data was wrong and is removed; any genuine capital contribution qualifies (higher capital = longer tier).
