The LTR Visa is a 10-year visa with four tracks: Wealthy Global Citizen (≥ US$1M assets + US$80k income + US$500k investment), Wealthy Pensioner (age 50+, US$80k pension, or US$40-80k + US$250k investment), Work-from-Thailand Professional (US$80k income, or US$40k with a master's; employer ≥ US$50M revenue) and Highly Skilled Professional (US$80k, or US$40k with a master's in a targeted field). All tracks require health insurance ≥ US$50k or a US$100k deposit.
