The Non-Immigrant "IM" investment visa is for a foreigner who places THB 10,000,000 into qualifying Thai assets — a condominium, a fixed deposit in a Thai-majority bank, and/or Thai government / state-enterprise bonds — transferred in from abroad. The official guide also references a lower THB 3,000,000 tier, but does not state how its validity/benefits differ, so only the THB 10M rule is modelled as the qualifying threshold.
