The ONE Pass is Singapore's premium 5-year pass for global top talent. It has three independent qualifying tracks: (1) a fixed salary of S$30,000/mo over the 12 months before applying; (2) joining/founding a company with market cap ≥ US$500M or revenue ≥ US$200M (no salary floor); or (3) outstanding achievement in arts, sport, science or academia (no salary floor).
