The EntrePass is for founders of an ACRA-registered Pte Ltd (≥30% shareholding, company <6 months old at application). There is no fixed paid-up-capital rule (the old S$50,000 requirement was removed). Qualify via one of three profiles: Entrepreneur (raised ≥ S$100,000 from a recognised VC, or backed by a recognised incubator, or founded & sold a venture), Innovator (registered IP / research collaboration), or Investor (investment track record).

Minimum stay / validity: 1-2 years (renewable)
Processing time: 4-8 weeks
