Three accepted proofs: (i) participation in Mexican company capital ≥ 45,850 UMA effectively paid; (ii) ownership of fixed/movable property used in economic/business activities ≥ same amount; OR (iii) activity employs ≥ 3 Mexican workers registered with IMSS. Card up to 4 yrs cumulative; does not by itself authorise paid employment.
