Solvency variant requires either monthly pension/income ≥ 1,140 días de UMA over last 6 months — MXN 133,733/mo (~USD 7,686) at UMA 2026, OR savings ≥ 45,850 días de UMA over last 12 months — MXN 5,378,663 (~USD 309,119). Open-ended card. Permanent residency is also available via Art. 54 after 4 years as Residente Temporal (2 years if married to Mexican / parent of Mexican child).
