Standard work-based Residencia Temporal under DS 177/2022. Three pathways: (i) signed employment contract per Código del Trabajo, notarised in Chile + consular signature; (ii) service contract for independent professionals; (iii) formal job offer — 90-day permit, then sign contract on entry. Employer must evidence liquidity to hire. No federal minimum salary published by SERMIG. Up to 2 years, renewable once.
