Self-Employed Persons

Self-Employed Persons grants PR to those with relevant experience in cultural activities or athletics at world-class or self-employed level, who intend to be self-employed in Canada in the same field. ≥ 2 years of relevant self-employment or world-class participation in the 5 years before applying (extendable to date of decision; up to 5 yrs counted). Separate 100-point selection grid; pass mark 35/100. Intake paused since 30 April 2024; only previously submitted applications continue to process.
