Migrant Worker (Trabajador) Residency

Temporary residency under Art. 23(a) Law 25.871 for foreigners with a pre-signed employment contract with an Argentine employer registered with RENURE (Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes de Extranjeros) and AFIP. The employer initiates with a Permiso de Ingreso (PIM); contract must match the applicable convenio colectivo. 1 year, renewable; PR after 3 yrs (or 2 yrs for Mercosur).
