Simplified residency under Art. 23(l) Law 25.871 and Mercosur agreements. Open to native nationals of Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam (or non-natives naturalised 5+ years in one of those countries). No income, employment or investment test. Granted for up to 2 years, renewable; PR fast-track after 2 years (vs 3 for non-Mercosur).
