Temporary residency for foreigners committing capital to a productive, commercial or services activity. Decree 616/2010 sets the minimum at ARS 1,500,000; the figure has not been adjusted for inflation since the early 2010s, so its economic substance is minimal — but DNM still requires an investment project and a non-binding Ministry of Productive Development opinion. Funds must enter via BCRA-authorised institutions. 1 year, renewable; PR after 3 yrs.
